Reiki Treatment: Overview

Relax with your eyes closed on a comfortable Reiki table with pillow and blanket. Enjoy soothing meditative music and unwind while receiving Reiki energy to restore your chi and balance your chakras. You will leave feeling refreshed and calm!

Crystal Therapy

You can choose to hold a crystal or two of your choice during the treatment. Additionally, I place crystals around your body where needed. Crystals enhance energy flow and support the healing process. Each crystal emits its own unique vibrational frequency, which can help balance and align the chakras. 

Sound Healing

Each Reiki treatment starts with a short sound bath as well as tuning fork therapy. The frequencies produced by these instruments help calm the nervous system, reduce stress, and relax you. Sound supports cellular healing, and helps release tension and blocked energy. By entraining brainwaves to more peaceful states, sound therapy encourages a sense of harmony and provides relaxation before the Reiki begins. 

Aromatherapy (Optional)

Aromatherapy (OPTIONAL): Sage and essential oils are available at the start of the Reiki treatment to create a calming, energetically clear environment that supports healing. This is completely optional, and only ALL NATURAL scents are used at Community of Presence. Smudging is believed to cleanse negative or stagnant energy from the client's energy field, making it easier for Reiki to flow freely.

Pregnancy Reiki

By encouraging deep relaxation and emotional balance, Reiki may help support a healthier environment for fetal development.
